This timely presentation will play a critical and important role to participants who want to understand childhood trauma issues of Black women. It is estimated that 10 million children witness domestic violence per year. Many of them are Black children. Black children are often the real victims in these situations because they are often emotionally impaired and are susceptible to becoming victims or abusers. In many abusive settings where the male abused the Black mother, the children was abused as well.  Traumatized Black children, specifically females, can suffer from PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder). This workshop has limited seating.
